A superb Royal Engineers MKII helmet. The inside shows its original brownish green paint whilst the outside shows a lighter tan colour that I would associate with the Italian campaign. Painted RE flash. A well used and worn example in good order. 1940 dated shell and 1941 dated liner.  read more
